Our apartment prices:
The house can only accommodate 5 people properly and comfortably. The property is fully available for renting for 1 person.
There is no price difference for the number of guests arriving, however, only guests included in the booking can stay at the property! You cannot have a party or event. Visiting relatives, acquaintances and friends is also considered an event. Each additional guest who crosses the doorstep will has to pay an extra charge of £ 80 / person / day. Up to 3 pets are allowed, each weighing up to 40 kg. Each additional pet crosses the doorstep will be charged an extra charge of £50 / pet / day.
The daily fee for the apartment is
£140/night
but this may vary on the websites of the service providers
(Airbnb, Booking.com, Etc)!

From now on, with every booking, you can enjoy increasing discounts that reward your loyalty.
Whenever you stay with us again, please book at the original price on the platform, and let us know that you have this loyalty card.
On the day of your arrival, we will refund you in cash an amount equivalent to the percentage indicated on the loyalty card, based on the booking price.
How does it work?
- After your first booking, you receive a 10% discount.
- After your second booking, you get a 20% discount.
- Your third booking comes with a 30% discount.
- For your fourth booking, we offer a 40% discount.
- After your fifth bookings, you will enjoy a 50% discount.
Important information:
- Discounts can be redeemed within the calendar year from the first booking.
- Continue booking through our platform, and we will return the discount from the booking price in cash to every guest on the day of their arrival.
- Don’t forget to bring your loyalty card with you! Our staff member needs to sign and manage the card; otherwise, we cannot apply the discount.
- Please take good care of your loyalty card so that it remains in a condition that allows us to process it!
